Avui hem fet estofat de vedella amb naps i bolets. Saltejar, ofegar, rostir, fregir, estofar, tornejar, tall brunoise, juliana... Un munt de tècniques i competències bàsiques com entendre les ordres, organització, metodologia de treball, càlcul, companyerisme... Uf ! em perdo.
